I I arrived at my appointment time they took my car right in, did My oil change and rotated my tires. The amount of time was about the same as they told me it would be. Kind and friendly people. Coffee wasn’t that bad either.

My appointment was at 1:30. They took my vehicle right on time. Was friendly and professional. They told me that I could go into the waiting area and they would come and get me when they were done. The waiting room was clean and bright. My vehicle was done in a reasonable time. I would say of all thr dealerships I've experienced this one was far the best. Every employee I came across had smiles on their faces and friendly hellos.
I took my Jeep Cherokee in because I kept loosing air in my right rear tire. They checked out the tire and found a nail in it. They repaired the tire and sent me on my way in a little over an hour at a cost of only $35. They also did a multi point inspection while my Jeep was in for servicing.
No one bothered to put a Mileages sticker on my windshield either, letting me know when to bring it in for a oil change, rotating the tires, possibly a tune up plus any of the extras they would usually perform when you purchase their maintenance service contract. I also had a problem with the first employee taking advantage of a elderly women on her own browsing the cars and interested in what the difference is between buying one out right or leasing. Alex in the service department does not listen to the customers. On top of that I don’t think he knows how the cars they sell work. Dashboard was going crazy and he told me it was because the battery was dead. I picked up my car and had to bring it back ten minutes later because they didn’t even address my problems after paying them $388

I went here because my jeep is still under warranty. I had an oil leak. I was told all it was my oil filter was loose. They did not have to fix anything . They had to remove the plate, tighten the filter and degreased it. I had to pay $172.79. A different dealer down the road fixed a car under warrenty today 3/4/22 that needed a new oil pump and they did not charge anything at all for the labor and parts. Same warrenty coverage 2 different makes. FREE.
